Welcome to our Dream House in Loutraki

The house is approximately 300 m2. It can be used as a whole, or as 3 independent residences. It has a 4 acres garden with lots of trees and flowers, a swimming pool and a barbeque house.

The house has three floors.
On each floor there is an independent apartment.

But all floors and thus all apartments are connected by an internal staircase.
Each apartment (each floor) has its own fireplace and central heating.

There is also a covered garage accommodating 3 cars, a separate barbecue house, including rustic oven, cupboards, sink, and open air furniture servicing up to 20 people.

Βy the pool there is a pool-house which has a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenet.

The house could be rented to two (2) up to ten (10) guests.

The ground floor apartment is reserved for the owners and not offered for rent.

The first-floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a W.C. and a walk-in closet (American style).

The loft apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a large living room, with a dining room area and an office area.

The house is situated on an estate of four (4) acres, full of trees, flowers and a swimming pool of 11 meters length and 4 meters width, with a Jacuzzi, an outdoor smaller barbeque beside the swimming pool and an independent closed barbeque area, where more than 20 people may be entertained.
